I
graduated from the
Hypnotherapy Institute of Spokane where the focus of study in on an
interactive approach of hypnotherapy and counseling techniques. I am
a member of the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE) and I am
a Registered Hypnotherapist in Washington State.
My
special areas of interest are emotional release, releasing blocks, self-image and
motivation, releasing habits, positive thinking, smoking cessation,
fears and phobias, inner guidance and past life regression. Additional education
lies in teaching self-hypnosis, working with groups and weight management.
I am also a Reiki
Master in addition to being a hypnotherapist. My philosophy is
in the belief of balancing the Mind, Body and Spirit as it
encompasses all of us. My approach is that we are all unique
and and the expression and acceptance of this uniqueness is very
important so that we feel fulfilled. We know our own truths
and it is important to each of us to follow the truth within us
wherever it may lead us.

The mission of
Sol Connection is to inspire, illuminate, and support individuals
through their journey of self-empowerment as they create desired changes
in their life. I believe that hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool to
enable individuals to attain success in reaching goals in their life, in
their own way, and that a positive expression of each person's
uniqueness is a celebration of joy.
