Groups Become the Master of your Weight This is a 10-week group in which you will learn how to become the master and controller of your weight. You will discover why diets don't work. and you will learn how to use your subconscious mind to help achieve your goals. This is an upbeat group about putting you back in control of your choices in food, improving self-esteem and self-image, making you a priority in your life and enjoying exercise. Call or email me if you are interested in joining this group. Meetings are during the week 6:45 to 8:30 pm, the day is to be determined. Cost is $20 per week. Group will begin when I have 10 members.

Workshops Self-Hypnosis This is a Free 2-hour workshop to introduce hypnosis, dispel myths, and answer questions you may have.
